The St. Andrew’s Society of Washington, D.C. is hosting its second kilted hiking event on 9 May 2026 on Maryland Heights via Harper’s Ferry.
Hikers: Members, prospective members, family, and friends of the St. Andrew’s Society of Washington, D.C. and the Scottish-American Women’s Society of Washington, D.C.
Meeting Point: Harpers Ferry Train Station Carpark (Fee Required)

Hike Length: 4.5 miles
Hike Effort: Moderately strenuous / Hills
Hike Duration: Approx 3 hours
Hiking Gear: Come dressed in hiking gear with suitable boots/shoes, clothing and equipment for the weather conditions – bonus if you’re kilted.
