SUMMARY:Bannockburn Picnic
DESCRIPTION:RSVP for the Bannockburn Picnic \n\n\n\nThe Bannockburn Picnic is officially on! The picnic will take place on Saturday\, June 20th from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the at the home of Society member Corey Stewart. Corey has been kind enough to open his historic Bel Air property – a multi-purpose barn-style structure designed for weddings\, receptions and corporate meetings. A very important detail is that it has AC! Thank you to Corey Stewart for the use of the facility! \n\n\n\nThe picnic is a family event. It is open to all Society members and their families. There is no charge to attend the picnic. If comfortable to do so\, we simply want you to come out and celebrate the beginning of summer. The Society is providing the main course for a late-afternoon picnic\, including beer\, soda\, and water; however\, we welcome you to bring a fruit bowl or dessert\, as well as a beverage of your choice. To add to the fun\, we will also be conducting a raffle to include whisky and other items. Please consider donating a bottle of your favorite whisky or other Scottish items for the raffle. \n\n\n\nBel Air property is located at 14513 General Washington Dr\, Woodbridge\, VA 22193. Parking is available anywhere along General Washington Drive either before or after the entrance to the property. There is a historic marker at the entrance to the drive which you can’t miss. \n\n\n\nDirections: Coming south on I-95\, exit at Dale City (Exit 156 – Dale Blvd.). Proceed west on Dale Blvd until you hit Minnieville Rd. Turn left on Minnieville Rd and proceed south until you reach General Washington Dr. Turn right on General Washington Dr and proceed to the house. \n\n\n\nRSVP: In order to ensure that we have enough food for the picnic\, please RSVP using the form or by email to the president\, John Hunter (president@saintandrewsociety.org) no later than Wednesday\, June 17th and let us know that you will be attending\, and how many guests\, if any\, you will be bringing.
