The affairs of the Society shall be managed by a board of managers chosen from the members in good standing, to consist of a president, a vice president, a treasurer, and a secretary, each of whom shall be elected annually to serve for a term of one year or until his successor shall have been chosen and has qualified, and nine additional managers, three of whom shall be elected each year, each to serve for a term of three years.

Board of Trustees
The trustees shall have the general power to exercise in the name of the Society all rights of the management and ownership, including the power to buy and sell, with respect to all or any securities or investments or other real or personal property held by the Society or constituting assets of any of its Funds.
