The Burn’s Nicht Supper is an annual Society event honoring the birthday of Scotland’s greatest poet and author, Robert Burns. The Society comes together for drinks, followed by dinner and a celebration of the life and contributions of Robert Burns, called the "Immortal Memory." The event is open to members and guests and is one of the highlights of the Society's calendar for the year.
The 2025 Burn’s Night Dinner, honoring the 266th birthday of Scotland’s greatest poet and author, Robert Burns, will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025 at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 1615 H Street NW (across from the White House). Suggested attire for gentlemen include Highland dress, black tie, or military dress.
The evening will feature a cocktail reception featuring exclusive whiskies, a seated dinner in the Great Hall, outstanding Burns poetry and speeches, our very own Pipe Band, and an after-party at Blackfinn DC, ensuring a superb night for all who attend.
